Small Group Bible Studies

Come join us Sunday mornings at 9:45 in the Family Life Center.

Such is the goal of Sunday morning discipleship. At Southern Oaks Baptist Church, we believe students will be changed as a result of our Sunday morning small group discipleship.We incorporate a six-year plan (Student Life Bible Study) that will cycle our students through the Bible twice, equipping them with the Word so that as high school graduates, they will have a firm foundation in Biblical truth.

Rather than seeking to advertise the latest product and "sneak" in a spiritual message, students are challenged with the "meat" of God's Word in ways that are relevant and effective with their culture, yet that are not contradictory to the history of the church as a whole.

In grades 7-9, your student will go through the life of Christ, acquire essential character development skills, and discover the essence of fellowship. In grades 10-12, your student will discover the foundations for ethical living, shore up their biblical worldview, and structure the framework for life spent in passionate pursuit of Jesus Christ.
